I review transactions and real estate documents, providing advice to individuals in a variety of real estate and small business matters, and have prepared deeds, notes, leases, contracts, and other corporate documents.  I also represent clients in business litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, appraisal cases, title disputes, and land use cases.
